Cell Sourcing & Incoming QC

We source prismatic, pouch, and cylindrical cells exclusively from Tier-1 manufacturers with verified chain-of-custody documentation. Every incoming lot undergoes capacity grading, internal resistance matching, and self-discharge screening before entering the line.

Module Assembly & Spot Welding

Automated spot welding stations apply nickel or aluminum busbars with ±0.05mm positional accuracy. Every weld joint undergoes inline pull-testing at 45N minimum — any weld below spec triggers immediate line stop and root-cause analysis.

Thermal Runaway & BMS Integration

Battery management systems are calibrated and flashed on-line. Each pack runs a 4-hour formation cycle followed by thermal imaging at load — hotspots above 3°C delta trigger immediate quarantine. Cell-to-cell thermal runaway propagation barriers are installed per UL 9540A geometry.

Pack Sealing & IP Certification

Enclosures are sealed in our positive-pressure clean room to IP67 or IP68 depending on application. Helium leak testing is performed on every sealed pack — pass criteria is less than 1×10⁻⁵ mbar·l/s. Final laser engraving links the pack serial to its full MES build record.
